Good location near popular attractions and convenient transportation. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was basic but clean.
The beds were firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the bridge to Sentosa, which was very convenient for our business meeting at the conference centre. We also loved that it was very near to Vivocity mall, where we could find a variety of food options. the hotel was right next to a mosque, which was convenient for us as we wanted to attend prayers. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. We also enjoyed the view from our room, especially at night. it was a pleasant experience.
There was some noise from the nearby highway during the night, which was a bit disturbing.

We had an excellent stay at this place! The location is really convenient, just across from the big mall and close to Sentosa Island. The hotel staff took extra efforts to help us to enjoy our stay and gave good service. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar. The leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The staff didn't lift a finger to help even for small requests, but that didn't ruin our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a great location and quality service.

The hotel's excellent location near Harbourfront MRT station directly connected to Vivo city mall and close to restaurants. Right across from the malls, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast offered was good. The staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome upon check-in.
